The new undergraduate program of studies of the Department of Electronic Engineering of the Hellenic Mediterranean University lasts five (5) years and leads to the corresponding Diploma in Electronic Engineering. The academic year is structured in semesters, each with a minimum of 13 weeks of instruction for all courses. The winter semester usually begins in the first week of October and ends in mid–January. The spring semester begins at the end of February and ends in the first week of June. The course schedule of each semester is announced shortly before its start and usually undergoes minor modifications during the first weeks of courses.
