Student Care for students of the Department of Electronic Engineering

The long-term efforts and the social sensitivity with which the sensitive issues of the vulnerable social groups that are part of the student population of HMU are addressed are depicted in a series of infrastructures and services provided by HMU.
Caution:
Students must renew their enrollment every semester.
In the case of non-registration for 2 consecutive semesters, the student is automatically deleted.
Students should not have pending issues with the library or health service, because the program automatically blocks the printing of supporting documents (certificate of enrollment, certificate of recruitment, etc.).
Students who want to interrupt their studies for a certain period of time must apply to the secretariat for a study suspension. During the suspension (up to 2 semesters) the student temporarily loses all his student rights, but the period of suspension is not counted in the formal semesters of study.
For students with special needs, the benefits of student care are extended, up to twice the normal time of the study (up to the 16th semester of study), provided that they renew their registration every semester and attend the Department.

Social Welfare for the students of the H Department of Electronic Engineering HMU

In the context of claiming and supporting the social policy of the Department of Electronic Engineering in Chania, the students of the Department who face serious economic and/or social problems, which make it difficult to conduct their studies smoothly, are invited to declare it in writing and with relevant data at the Student Office. Care of the School. All data is confidential and the confidentiality of personal data is ensured.

Feeding

For the financially weakest students, there is the possibility of free meals in the restaurant that is housed in the premises of the Department of Electronic Engineering.
But even students who are not entitled to free meals can be fed at the restaurant with small financial participation (less than € 2.40 per full meal).

1. 1. Photocopy of the Clearing Note recently for the annual family or individual income of the student concerned. In case the student has exceeded the age of twenty-five (25th year), works and submits his / her own tax return, and is not considered a protected member, he/she submits the tax data concerning only his / her personal income. Annual family income means the total annual taxpayer, real or imputed, as well as the exempt or taxable income of the student himself, his parents and his underage siblings from any source or in the case of a married student of his own his / her spouse and minor children from any source.

 

 

• • If the student does not make his / her own Tax Return, he/she will submit a Responsible Non-obligation Declaration for the submission of an income tax return. The document is given by the Department of Student Provisions in printed form and is available in electronic form on the website of the Department.

 

• • If the student is not a protected member of his family, he submits the E1 of the parents as well as the tax data concerning only his personal income. In this case, any family details are NOT scored (eg: parental unemployment, underage siblings, etc.).

 

Cypriot students will present an Income Certificate.
 

Students, children of Expatriates, children of Greeks abroad and children of foreigners, submit the above documents (3, 4) with the stamp APOSTILLE were officially translated. The documents, which come from Albania, also bear the stamp APOSTILLE where an official translation is required.

 

1. 1. Certificate in case there is a brother-sister student in other institutes.

 

1. 1. Certificate of Health Committee (certifying disability over 67%), if there is a serious health problem of the student or a member of his family

 

1. 1. Certificate from OAED if the parents are unemployed in the last six months from the submission of the supporting documents and the duration of unemployment, not less than 3 months.

 

1. 1. Certificate from conscription if there is a conscript brother.

 

1. 1. Divorce decision by the Court of First Instance for divorced parents. If the custody of the children is NOT clarified by the divorce decision, the Income Statement (E1) of both parents of the candidate for student housing is required. In the case of “Dimension”, a certificate is required from the competent lawyer and Income Statement (E1) of both parents.

 

Caution
Those of our students who fall into the following categories in order to have the priority of priority according to the above K.Y.A are obliged to submit, in addition to the above-supporting documents and the occasional certificates from the supporting documents listed in the parentheses:
a) Unemployed: (Unemployment certificate from (O.A.E.D.)
b) Large families: (Certificate from the Supreme Confederation of Greek Children)
c) Orphan students of one or both parents, if they have not exceeded the age of 25: (Registration certificate of the parent’s death and birth certificate of the student).
d)Single-parent families with at least one unrecognized child who or who has not exceeded 25 years of age: (Certificate of marital status.)
e) Students with parents, children, siblings, spouses who are blind or deaf, have kidney disease who are undergoing dialysis or suffer from muscular dystrophy Duchenne or who belong to the category of people with special needs because they have mobility problems. Which clarifies the mobility problems and not only the disability of more than 67%. Expired disability is associated with severe mobility problems.)
f) Patients with serious illnesses provided for in the provisions of Article 35 of Law 3794/2009 (A’ 156) (Health Committee Certificate which clarifies mobility problems and not only disability over 67%. Otherwise complementary medicine an opinion from the director of the National Health Service or a university clinic respectively that will confirm that the specific disability is associated with serious mobility problems.)
g) Victims of terrorism who have not exceeded the age of 25. (Presentation of birth certificate.)
h) Students who have active siblings during their studies. (Certified by recent study certificate.)

We inform the students of the Hellenic Mediterranean University that the process of submitting applications and supporting documents for the provision of food is carried out ONLY ELECTRONICALLY.
The process will be as follows:
STEP 1: Electronic Application for Nutrition
The student visits the new application at https://secretariat.teicrete.gr/ and after connecting, by typing the user name and the password with which it enters the e-class, select Applications and then a feeding request. Then, the student completes the online application – form with his personal, financial, and social data, in the corresponding fields.

STEP 2: Accompanying supporting documents. In order for the student’s application for alimony to be completed, he/she must submit – attach the required forms – supporting documents that will accompany each application separately for the benefits he/she wishes. The above should be attached in digitized format (.pdf files) to the corresponding fields required.

STEP 3: Final submission of the application with the necessary supporting documents and registration. The protocol number given in the applications submitted must be kept by the candidates as the results will be published according to this unique number.
Applications that have not been permanently submitted will not be considered.

Then the electronic applications are checked by the Department of Student Provisions of the Student Welfare Department. The new beneficiaries of the free FEEDING will use their student ID when they visit the restaurant

Housing

For the financially weakest students, the Department of Electronic Engineering has 16 beds free of charge, in three-bedrooms in a hotel in the city of Chania, as the Department of Electronic Engineering in Chania does not yet have a student dormitory.
In addition, students who meet the conditions set by the State are entitled to receive the housing allowance from the tax authorities. More information on the housing allowance can be found in the Student Welfare Department of HMU.

Δικαιολογητικά Στέγασης

1. 1. (συμπληρώνεται ηλεκτρονικά από τους υποψηφίους για σίτιση φοιτητές-τριες στην ιστοσελίδα https://secretariat.teicrete.gr/ , και έχει τη μορφή υπεύθυνης δήλωσης).

 

1. 1. Βεβαίωση σπουδών πρόσφατη φοιτητή. Δίνεται από τις γραμματείες των Τμημάτων του Ιδρύματος.

 

1. 1. Πιστοποιητικό οικογενειακής κατάστασης πρόσφατο.

 

1. 1. Φωτοαντίγραφο Εκκαθαριστικού Σημειώματος πρόσφατο για το ετήσιο οικογενειακό ή ατομικό εισόδημα του ενδιαφερομένου. Σε περίπτωση που ο φοιτητής έχει υπερβεί το εικοστό πέμπτο (25o  έτος ) της ηλικίας του, εργάζεται και υποβάλει δική του φορολογική δήλωση και δεν θεωρείται προστατευόμενο μέλος, προσκομίζει τα φορολογικά στοιχεία που αφορούν μόνο το ατομικό του εισόδημα. Ως ετήσιο οικογενειακό εισόδημα νοείται το συνολικό ετήσιο φορολογούμενο, πραγματικό ή τεκμαρτό, καθώς και το απαλλασσόμενο ή φορολογούμενο με ειδικό τρόπο εισόδημα του ίδιου του φοιτητή, των γονέων του και των ανήλικων αδελφών του από κάθε πηγή ή σε περίπτωση έγγαμου φοιτητή του ιδίου του/της συζύγου του/της και των ανήλικων τέκνων του από κάθε πηγή.

 

 

• • Εάν ο φοιτητής δεν κάνει δική του Φορολογική Δήλωση, θα προσκομίσει Έγγραφο Υπεύθυνη Δήλωση μη υποχρέωσης για υποβολή δήλωσης φορολογίας εισοδήματος. Το έγγραφο δίνεται από το Τμήμα Φοιτητικών Παροχών σε έντυπη μορφή και υπάρχει σε ηλεκτρονική μορφή στην ιστοσελίδα του Τμήματος.

 

• • Εάν ο φοιτητής δεν είναι προστατευόμενο μέλος της οικογένειας του, προσκομίζει το Ε1 των γονέων καθώς και τα φορολογικά στοιχεία που αφορούν μόνο το ατομικό του εισόδημα. Σε αυτήν την περίπτωση, ΔΕΝ μοριοδοτούνται τυχόν οικογενειακά στοιχεία (π.χ.: ανεργία γονέων, ανήλικα αδέλφια, κλπ.).

 

Οι Κύπριοι φοιτητές θα προσκομίζουν Βεβαίωση Εισοδήματος .

 

Οι φοιτητές τέκνα Ομογενών, τέκνα Ελλήνων του Εξωτερικού και τέκνα Αλλοδαπών, προσκομίζουν τα παραπάνω έγγραφα (3, 4) με την σφραγίδα APOSTILLE όπου απαιτείται και επίσημα μεταφρασμένα. Τα έγγραφα που προέρχονται από την Αλβανία, φέρουν και αυτά την σφραγίδα APOSTILLE όπου απαιτείται και επίσημη μετάφραση.

 

1. 1. Βεβαίωση σε περίπτωση που υπάρχει αδελφός-αδελφή σπουδαστής-τρια σε Α.Ε.Ι.-Τ.Ε.Ι.

 

1. 1. Πιστοποιητικό Υγειονομικής Επιτροπής (που να πιστοποιεί αναπηρία άνω 67%), αν υπάρχει σοβαρό πρόβλημα υγείας του σπουδαστή ή μέλους της οικογενείας του

 

1. 1. Βεβαίωση από τον Ο.Α.Ε.Δ αν είναι άνεργοι οι γονείς το τελευταίο εξάμηνο από την κατάθεση των δικαιολογητικών και διάρκεια ανεργίας όχι μικρότερη των 3 μηνών.

 

1. 1. Βεβαίωση από την στρατολογία αν υπάρχει στρατευμένος αδελφός.

 

1. 1. Απόφαση Διαζυγίου από το Πρωτοδικείο για χωρισμένους γονείς. Αν ΔΕΝ αποσαφηνίζεται η επιμέλεια των τέκνων από την απόφαση διαζυγίου, απαιτείται η Δήλωση Εισοδήματος (Ε1) και των δύο γονέων του υποψήφιου για στέγαση φοιτητή. Σε περίπτωση «Διάστασης», απαιτείται βεβαίωση από τον αρμόδιο δικηγόρο και Δήλωση Εισοδήματος (Ε1) και των δύο γονέων.

 

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!!! Μετά τη λήξη της προθεσμίας 28/06/2019, καμία αίτηση δεν θα μοριοδοτείται με ελλιπή δικαιολογητικά. Γι’ αυτό συνιστούμε στους φοιτητές να φροντίσουν να καταθέσουν όλα τα δικαιολογητικά που απαιτούνται για τη μοριοδότησή τους μέσα στις προθεσμίες.

Προσοχή
Όσοι από τους φοιτητές μας υπάγονται στις παρακάτω κατηγορίες για να έχουν το προνόμιο της προτεραιότητας σύμφωνα με την παραπάνω Κ.Υ.Α, υποχρεούνται να προσκομίσουν, εκτός των παραπάνω δικαιολογητικών και τις κατά περίπτωση βεβαιώσεις από τα δικαιολογητικά που αναγράφονται στις παρενθέσεις:
α) Άνεργοι: (Βεβαίωση ανεργίας από τον (Ο.Α.Ε.Δ)
β) Πολύτεκνοι: (Πιστοποιητικό από την Ανώτατη Συνομοσπονδία Πολυτέκνων Ελλάδος)
γ) Ορφανοί φοιτητές από τον ένα ή και από τους δύο γονείς, εφόσον δεν έχουν υπερβεί τον 25o  έτος της ηλικίας τους: (Ληξιαρχική πράξη θανάτου του γονέα και ληξιαρχική πράξη γέννησης του φοιτητή).
δ) Μονογονεϊκές οικογένειες με τουλάχιστον ένα μη αναγνωρισθέν τέκνο το οποίο ή τα οποία δεν έχουν υπερβεί το 25o έτος της ηλικίας τους: (Πιστοποιητικό οικογενειακής κατάστασης.)
ε) Φοιτητές με γονείς, τέκνα, αδέλφια, συζύγους που είναι τυφλοί ή κωφάλαλοι, νεφροπαθής που υποβάλλονται σε αιμοκάθαρση ή πάσχουν από μυϊκή δυστροφία Duchenne ή ανήκουν στην κατηγορία ατόμων ειδικών αναγκών επειδή έχουν κινητικά προβλήματα που οφειλόμενα σε αναπηρία άνω τον 67%: (Πιστοποιητικό Υγειονομικής Επιτροπής το οποίο να διασαφηνίζει τα κινητικά προβλήματα και όχι μόνο την αναπηρία άνω το 67%. Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση συμπληρωματικά ιατρική γνωμάτευση από διευθυντή του Ε.Σ.Υ ή πανεπιστημιακής κλινικής αντίστοιχα που θα βεβαιώνει ότι η συγκεκριμένη αναπηρία συνδέεται με σοβαρά κινητικά προβλήματα.)
στ) Οι πάσχοντες από τις σοβαρές ασθένειες που προβλέπονται στις διατάξεις του άρθρου 35 του ν.3794/2009 (Α΄ 156) (Πιστοποιητικό Υγειονομικής Επιτροπής το οποίο να διασαφηνίζει τα κινητικά προβλήματα και όχι μόνο την αναπηρία άνω το 67%. Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση συμπληρωματικά ιατρική γνωμάτευση από διευθυντή του Ε.Σ.Υ ή πανεπιστημιακής κλινικής αντίστοιχα που θα βεβαιώνει ότι η συγκεκριμένη αναπηρία συνδέεται με σοβαρά κινητικά προβλήματα.)
ζ) Θύματα τρομοκρατίας που δεν έχουν υπερβεί το 25o  έτος της ηλικίας τους. (Προσκόμιση ληξιαρχικής πράξης της γέννησης.)
η) Φοιτητές οι οποίοι κατά τη διάρκεια της φοίτησης τους έχουν αδέλφια ενεργούς φοιτητές. (Πιστοποιείται με πρόσφατη βεβαίωση σπουδών.)

Ενημερώνουμε τους φοιτητές του Ελληνικού Μεσογειακού Πανεπιστημίου ότι η διαδικασία κατάθεσης των αιτήσεων και των δικαιολογητικών για παροχή στέγασης, πραγματοποιείται ΜΟΝΟ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΝΙΚΑ.
Η διαδικασία θα είναι η ακόλουθη:
ΒΗΜΑ 1ο: Ηλεκτρονική αίτηση για Στέγαση.
Ο φοιτητής επισκέπτεται την νέα εφαρμογή στο https://secretariat.teicrete.gr/ και αφού συνδεθεί, πληκτρολογώντας το user name και το password με το οποίο μπαίνει στο e-class, επιλέγει Αιτήσεις και μετά αίτηση στέγασης. Στη συνέχεια, ο φοιτητής συμπληρώνει την ηλεκτρονική αίτηση – φόρμα με τα   ατομικά, οικονομικά και κοινωνικά του στοιχεία, στα αντίστοιχα πεδία.

ΒΗΜΑ 2ο: Επισύναψη δικαιολογητικών. Για να ολοκληρωθεί η αίτηση του φοιτητή για στέγαση πρέπει να καταθέσει – επισυνάψει τα απαιτούμενα έντυπα – δικαιολογητικά που θα συνοδεύουν την κάθε αίτηση ξεχωριστά για την παροχές που επιθυμεί. Τα παραπάνω θα πρέπει να επισυνάπτονται σε ψηφιοποιημένη μορφή (αρχεία .pdf) στα αντίστοιχα πεδία που ζητούνται.

ΒΗΜΑ 3ο: Οριστική υποβολή της αίτησης με τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά και πρωτοκόλληση. Ο αριθμός πρωτοκόλλου που δίνεται στις αιτήσεις που έχουν υποβληθεί θα πρέπει να κρατείται από τους υποψήφιους αφού τα αποτελέσματα θα δημοσιευθούν σύμφωνα με αυτό το μοναδικό νούμερο.
Αιτήσεις που δεν έχουν υποβληθεί οριστικά, δεν θα εξετάζονται.

Στη συνέχεια γίνεται έλεγχος των ηλεκτρονικών αιτήσεων από το Τμήμα Φοιτητικών Παροχών της Διεύθυνσης Φοιτητικής Μέριμνας. Την περίοδο αυτή μπορούν να ζητηθούν επιπλέον δικαιολογητικά από τους υποψηφίους, για αυτό οι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να παρακολουθούν την ηλεκτρονική τους αλληλογραφία (δηλ. την ΗΛΕΚΡΟΝΙΚΗ ΑΛΛΗΛΟΓΡΑΦΙΑ ΦΟΙΤΗΤΩΝ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟΥ ΜΕΣΟΓΕΙΑΚΟΥ ΠΑΝΕΠΙΣΤΗΜΙΟΥ που παρέχει το Ίδρυμα στη διεύθυνση https://web mail.edu.teicrete.gr.

Επίδομα ενοικίου  1000
Οι αιτήσεις για το φοιτητικό επίδομα των 1.000 ευρώ γίνεται  μέσω της ειδικά διαμορφωμένης ιστοσελίδας του υπουργείου Παιδείας (https://stegastiko.minedu.gov.gr) στις ημερομηνίες που θα ανακοινωθούν  Προϋπόθεση για την υποβολή της αίτησης είναι ο φοιτητής για τον οποίο χορηγείται το επίδομα, να είναι Έλληνας υπήκοος ή υπήκοος άλλης χώρας της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, να είναι κάτοχος ακαδημαϊκής ταυτότητας σε ισχύ και να είναι κάτοχος ΑΦΜ. Η υπηκοότητα συνδέεται μόνο με το πρόσωπο του φοιτητή και όχι με των γονέων ή κηδεμόνων αυτού. Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση είναι να υπάρχει μισθωτήριο συμβόλαιο της κατοικίας του φοιτητή.
Πριν προχωρήσετε σε δημιουργία αίτησης θα πρέπει πρώτα να έχετε υποβάλει φορολογική δήλωση για το φορολογικό έτος. Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση η αίτησή σας θα απορριφθεί αυτόματα με την υποβολή της.

Διαδικασία υποβολής της αίτησης

Για την είσοδό τους στην ηλεκτρονική εφαρμογή ο δικαιούχος (γονέας ή φοιτητής) θα χρησιμοποιήσει το όνομα χρήστη (username) και τον κωδικό (password), που του χορηγήθηκε από την ΑΑΔΕ για τις ηλεκτρονικές υπηρεσίες του taxisnet. Η εισαγωγή των κωδικών πρόσβασης επέχει θέση δήλωσης συναίνεσης διασταύρωσης των στοιχείων του.
Ο αιτών για το φοιτητικό επίδομα συμπληρώνει υποχρεωτικά στα αντίστοιχα πεδία της αίτησης τα ακόλουθα στοιχεία:

α) τον αριθμό της ακαδημαϊκής ταυτότητας του φοιτητή
β) τον Αριθμό Φορολογικού Μητρώου (Α.Φ.Μ.) του ιδίου, του/της συζύγου και του φοιτητή εάν δικαιούχος είναι ο γονέας ή μόνο το Α.Φ.Μ. του ιδίου στην περίπτωση που δικαιούχος είναι ο φοιτητής (σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 2 ΚΥΑ)
γ) τον αριθμό του ηλεκτρονικού μισθωτηρίου συμβολαίου
δ) τον αριθμό του τραπεζικού του λογαριασμού (ΙΒΑΝ)
Η οριστική υποβολή της αίτησης επέχει θέση υπεύθυνης δήλωσης του δικαιούχου ότι τα δηλωθέντα από αυτόν στοιχεία που υπόκεινται σε επεξεργασία είναι αληθή.
