The European University Alliances, including ATHENA and EUNICE, are dedicated to promoting civic engagement and active citizenship. Our democratic values and European unity are at risk due to rising inequalities and the strengthening of ultra-right movements. This year’s election is vital as decisions made by the European Parliament will directly impact our lives and are pivotal in maintaining democratic integrity across the continent.

The Athena European University and EUNICE alliances are hosting a roundtable discussion on May 15th at 16:00 via Zoom to discuss the importance of the youth participating in the democratic processes, particularly the European Elections.
