The International Relations Office-Hellenic Mediterranean University, within the framework of the Athena European University Sci-Cafe Lingua initiative, launches free lectures in English language.

The main objective of this initiative, fully funded by the HMU IRO, is to support students’ participation in mobilities that are beneficial for both the students and the institution. The impact to the Erasmus to students is tremendous especially in the development of key soft skills for their employability: adaptability, problem-solving, decision making and critical thinking.

One of the barriers students face is the language. With this initiative we will help students that are planning to leverage the Erasmus experience, be better prepared for the language test.

The face to face lectures for this semester have started (max. Number of students per semester is 20). Please contact HMU-IRO to register for the courses for the next semester. Our objective is to eventually launch training in all the ATHENA Alliance languages.
